1. We have to be willing to be painfully honest with ourselves, and take an inventory of our insecurities.
a. List at least five areas where you feel insecure. If you have ten areas, list them...no one will see this list but you!
2. Sometimes our insecurities can be paralysis. They keep us from moving forward with life and becoming all we can be.
b. Look at your list. Write down at least five ways that these insecurities keep you from being who you want to be.
Save your lists. Check in next time and we’ll begin to explore ways to blast away those insecurities. Life can be so much better! Let’s work on it together!
